No account creation and no form submissions. The request forms on this site are in preview: anything you type into them stays in your browser and is not sent or stored. You never need to give us information to browse. Like most websites, our hosting provider processes standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and operations; see Service providers below.
When the first real listings go live, the buyer and seller request forms will ask for your contact details (name, email, phone) and equipment details (what you are sourcing or selling, location, condition). Those requests go into our customer records system so we can respond and match equipment. Before a request can be submitted, you review the disclosures shown on the form and acknowledge them; we record the acknowledgment wording and the time.
If you email us at [email protected], we use your address and message to respond and handle your request.
To respond to requests, match equipment with the operations that need it, arrange freight between seller and buyer, and keep the records each deal requires. We do not sell personal information, and this site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and operations. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to display them. Our email runs on Google Workspace. When live listings open, requests are stored in our CRM (Twenty). When a deal proceeds, the details needed to complete it are shared with the freight carrier and the other party to the deal, as the deal paperwork describes. We otherwise share personal information only where the law requires it.
